Our Concept

Our Filipino food truck offers a variety of traditional and modern Filipino dishes, including adobo, pancit, lumpia, and more. We use fresh. locally-sourced ingredients and offer vegan and gluten-free options to accommodate all dietary needs. Our chefs are encouraged to experiment with new flavors and techniques, resulting in a menu that is both authentic and innovative.

Our Filipino food truck concept is centered around family, food and valuing employees because we believe that food brings people together and that happy employees make for a better customer experience.

Our goal of creating a family-oriented and employee-focused food truck is by sourcing our ingredients from local purveyors and treating our staff like family. We also encourage our chefs to express their artistic talents by creating unique and flavorful dishes that showcase the best of Filipino cuisine.

Our Team

We at Pogi have the combined experience in the service industry of over 22 years. We have been trained by notable Chefs and restaurants in the San Antonio, Texas metropolitan area, and have decided to bring our experience to Austin, Texas. Our team has lead successful food programs for a number of San Antonio establishments.

Pogi Filipino Street Cuisine was created with the intent of modernizing the flavors of the Philippines. We have teamed up with The Benedetto Hospitality Group who has lead a successful food truck .ll Saporis, to a brick and mortar, Sapori Italian Roots. We feel like this partnership is a recipe for a successful and popular food truck.
